The front door and laundry and bathroom windows all have white translucent glass. We use this glass as our privacy glass as you can’t see through it. Even when the sun is shining onto the glass you will not see through. White translucent glass is more effective than frosting as it won’t chip or crack like some types. This type of glass is built into the double glazing unit and so it is protected by the second pane of glass.
This client chose to have a combination of window openings to match with how the windows were currently used. As we custom-make all of our windows and doors inhouse we were able to accommodate his plans. Throughout the house a combination of sliding, awning and tilt & turn windows were used to achieve the functionality the client desired. He chose to have the frames in Grey Aluminium and Walnut for the front door. The colour choices contrasted beautifully against the pale rendered brick exterior.
Replacing the windows to double glazed windows was very important as the house was situated in between the freeway and another main road. The noise of cars and trucks was keeping the family up at night. The tight seals on our windows means that your house can be up to 8 times quieter! This is a significant difference in the noise level entering your home.
Highly recommended. Competitive pricing, good quality windows and doors which reduced the noise significantly. Service was very friendly and the team went out of their way to suit my timing during the initial quotation and final measurements. Installation process took approximately 4 days for 10 windows, 1 main door and 2 sliding doors. They even touched up the areas that were chipped (tiles and walls which can’t be avoided) which other companies told me that they wouldn’t do anything about it. Very responsive and friendly team. Had some minor issues but spoke with the team and they went out of their way to fix it. Special shout out to Luiza for her friendly service and Gabbi who has good technical knowledge and advice, keep up the good work guys.
